We are looking for colleagues who share our curiosity towards private equity and real estate industries. We mostly hire in last year bachelor’s to first year master’s university students, with diversified backgrounds and from various schools and faculties. 

Strong problem-solving and cooperation skills, as well as the ability and willingness to learn and take initiative are important factors.

In all our positions you’ll be an integrated and valued member of the team from day one. Part-time roles for students

We offer part-time student roles and temporary trainee positions within our different teams and functions. For example, investment, finance, asset management and sustainability teams have recurring openings for students. 

If you are working besides studies, you usually work between 15 and 20 hours per week with some flexibility. Due to our continued growth, often our students are offered an opportunity for a full-time position after graduation. Working besides studies gives you the possibility to investigate your interests and look for internal job opportunities when hoping to find new challenges.

    I started out as an investment intern at Nrep. What has stayed with me from the very beginning is the collaborative culture, always making use of the knowledge in the room. I felt trusted to contribute across a broad scope of deals, gaining firsthand experience of the analysis and creativity that go into making them happen. 

    Part of my time has also been spent at our portfolio company Klövern, a smaller, fast-paced residential developer. The close setting meant broader responsibilities and a more hands-on perspective. It was a great pleasure to see deals progress from start to finish in such an environment. 

    A year into my employment, I now find myself with a third email address under the Urban Partners umbrella, having joined Velo Capital. The deals feel familiar, but the perspective, private credit, is entirely new. The broad exposure across the company is nothing short of enlightening. 

    For me, what makes Urban Partners unique is the balance of financial rigor with a genuine ambition to do things differently. From sustainability to rethinking how cities evolve, there is always a drive to push the industry forward, which makes the work both challenging and meaningful.
